Back in 1995 Andy Goodson opened up the first Northwood office as a residential lettings business and found success with the Platinum Guaranteed Rental Income Scheme.

This new service proved incredibly popular with Landlords but was also extremely profitable, and in the first 3 years of trading the business generated a gross profit of £412,786 and during the first 5 years, a gross profit of £1,345,153.

Northwood became a property franchise in 1999 and expanded to include estate agency and financial services. The company is continuing to grow rapidly, now with over 70 offices nationwide.
