How does the Northwood franchising model work?

You have your own limited company, but with the support of an established brand and a proven business model.


Am I suitable?

Our Franchise owners come from a variety of different backgrounds. You do not need to have any knowledge of the property industry, as you will be given all the training you need. We are looking for people who want to grow a business. Ideally you will be success-driven and business-minded.


Can I franchise abroad?

Currently we do not offer Franchise owners to set up offices outside of the UK.


Can I open more than one office?

Many of our Franchise owners have opened more than one office, after the success of their first. If it is within the allocated area, there is no further franchise fee.


Are there any existing offices "for sale"?

We very occasionally have an existing business for sale. Please contact us directly if this is a route that you would like to pursue.


What does a "full" member of BFA mean?

The Franchisor must demonstrate that it is ethical, viable, established and has a proven trading and Franchising record. See the BFA website for more details.


Do you help with recruiting?

Yes. We play a key role in the recruitment process, assisting with interviews, selection and subsequent training.


How long will it take to open?

Approximately 6-9 months from the day you first contact us, assuming that there are no delays in any of the key steps .
