The founder of Northwood and the brain behind the Companies unique "Platinum Guaranteed Rental Income Scheme". Andy started the business in Portsmouth in 1995 deciding to franchise the concept in 1999 having made a gross profit of £412,786 from the pilot project.

Nicholas Cooper    Director      
 
Nick has over 27 years experience in Estate Agency and during this time has been a Partner of a small independent firm of Chartered Surveyors to working for large corporate agencies. Nick has been in the Property Franchising Sector since 1998 and previously helped develop the UK's largest Estate Agency Group's Franchise model. Nick has launched over 50 offices across the United Kingdom and now brings his considerable experience to Northwood.

Having helped form the business with Andy in 1995 Gemma joined the Franchise business in 2001. Gemma's intimate knowledge of the systems is unrivaled across the group. Gemma holds a Diploma in Residential Lettings and Property Management and is Cmap qualified.

Vikki Alexander    Director    
 
Prior to joining Vikki's career included 15 years working with PricewaterhouseCoopers specialising in accounts and employment taxation.  Vikki joined Northwood in 2004 and her primary responsibilities are conducting Feasibility Studies for new locations and supporting franchisees with accounting and tax issues.

Linda Burgess    Franchise Auditor  
 
Having joined Northwood in 2003 Linda is the Franchise Auditor and as such visits every office once a year to complete a thorough and intense audit of the systems and procedures. Linda also audits new businesses within the first six months of their life.

Ella Dickins   Senior Training Manager     
 
Ella's career includes four years as a Regional Training Manager for a Corporate group of estate agents and twelve years as a manager with Lloyds TSB. She is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and holds their technical award in Residential Sales. Ella has also completed a BTEC Diploma in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Ann-Christin Lorentsen - Training Manager   
 
AC joined Northwood in 2002 after completing a BA (Hons) in Media with Cultural Studies at Southampton Solent University. She completed the Diploma in Residential Lettings and Management in 2003 and is converting this to a BTEC next year. AC recently passed the Technical Award in Estate Agency through the NAEA. Her main role is to develop and deliver lettings and software training, including accounts.

Kim Jennings - Senior Administrator              
 
Kim's career includes seven years in Estate Agency firstly as a Branch Administrator and then being promoted to Personal Assistant to two regional Directors for a Corporate group of Estate Agents. Kim joined Northwood in July 2007 and her main responsibilities include setting up the new offices and overseeing all administration at the Franchise office.

Sally Winkley -  Franchise Support          
 
Sally joined the Franchise Business from the Northwood Portsmouth Office. One of Sally's key roles there was to collect and manage outstanding Tenants rent and assist with the legal processing of tenancy agreements. This experience has proved in valuable in supporting the Franchise Network. Sally has completed a BTEC Diploma in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Janice Wong - Administrator                
 
Janice has been with Northwood since 2005 providing essential support in the Franchise Office. Janice is responsible for Stationery ordering and delivery to the entire network. Before joining Northwood Janice gained Administrative experience from a variety of large companies.

Lauren O'Neill - Administrator

Having come from a Customer Service background Lauren completes the Administrative team by providing essential assistance to her colleagues.

Luke Owen – Franchise Support

Luke joined the franchise business from the Northwood Portsmouth office, where he was a Senior Sales Negotiator in 2007. One of Luke’s key roles is to support the network at the sharp end helping offices during and after launch gain the maximum benefit from all of the marketing and systems.

John Fisher – Franchise Consultant

John has many years experience in franchising having more recently been a Franchise Consultant for another Lettings franchise that was acquired by Northwood in 2008.  John is engaged on special franchise projects to help to improve and grow the Northwood franchise business.
