Andy Goodson
Chairman - Andy Goodson
The founder and the brains behind the unique Platinum Guaranteed Rental Income Scheme. Andy started the business in Portsmouth in 1995 and because of its incredible success decided to franchise the concept in 1999. Andy now travels extensively enjoying the fruits of his labour.


Gemma Goodson
Franchise Director - Gemma Goodson
Having been with Northwood since the beginning, Gemma's intimate knowledge of our systems is unrivalled. She holds a Diploma in Residential Lettings and Property Management and is C-map qualified. Gemma has also been listed in Who's Who of Britain's Business Elite - Young Business Leaders 2009 and again 2010.


Nick Cooper
Franchise Director - Nick Cooper
Nick has over 30 years' experience in the property industry, more than 10 years of which has been spent in the property franchising sector. Nick has worked with small and large companies and has launched over 70 offices across the UK.


Philip Gee
Operations Director North - Philip Gee
Formerly with Legal & General, Phil has over 30 years' experience in the property and franchising sectors. Phil is hands-on helping franchisees develop their businesses across the Northern region of the UK.


Vikki Alexander
Operations Director South - Vikki Alexander
Vikki spent 15 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers specialising in accounts and employment taxation. Having joined Northwood in 2004 she is hands-on in the field helping franchisees to develop their business.


Adrian Newton
IT Support - Adrian Newton
Adrian manages the group's software package (NBS - Northwood Business Solution) and coordinates all of the key IT suppliers ensuring that systems and websites are continuously tested and working.


Ann-Christin Forscutt
Technical Training Manager - Ann-Christin Forscutt
AC joined Northwood in 2002 after completing a BA (hons) in Media and Cultural studies at Southampton Solent University. She also holds a BTEC Diploma in Residential Lettings and Property Management and the NAEA Technical Award in Estate Agency. Her principal role is to develop and deliver the technical and accounts training and help coordinate accounts support.


Charlotte Marsh
Accounts Support - Charlotte Marsh
Charlotte is a university graduate from Southampton with a degree in mathematics. Her main role is to provide accounts support to the network, both remotely and in some instances by visiting offices.


Donna Wilson
Accounts Support - Donna Wilson
Donna will be providing support and assistance to franchisees that are experiencing problems with accounts. Donna holds an AAT accounting qualification and has been working in accounts support for over 20 years. Her experience and knowledge is a welcome addition to the team and to the network. Apart from providing support her role will be to help offices zero balance in NBS and assist with Sage problems and the production of Balance sheets.


Gareth Sorano
Sales Trainer - Gareth Sorano
Gareth comes to Northwood with 13 years of Sales and Sales Training experience, working both in the field and in the classroom. He enjoys working closely with individuals and thrives on contributing towards others success. He has been recognised at the National Sales Awards on four separate occasions for the use of technology in sales and sales training and is keen to use the skills gained over the years to enhance the business.


Jane Moore
Head of Learning - Jane Moore
Jane joins Northwood with more than 30 years experience in industry and the education sector, the last 11 of which have been spent in Further Education and Work Based Learning. Jane holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing & Psychology, is a Member of the British Computer Society, the Institute for Learning, the Institute of Leadership and Management and has full Qualified Teacher Learning & Skills (QTLS) status. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of education, training, coaching and mentoring and related qualifications and will be working with the team to develop a Northwood Training Academy to support all aspects of the business. Jane has in-depth knowledge of funding mechanisms and work based learning / Apprenticeships, and also acts in a Quality Assurance role for the Edexcel Awarding body; her vision is to enable Northwood to play a key role in national initiatives towards professional recognition for staff in the RLM sector.


Janice Wong
Administrator - Janice Wong
Janice has been with Northwood since 2005 and is responsible for coordinating stationery ordering and delivery across the entire network. Janice provide NBS telephone support to franchise offices.


Kim Jennings
Senior Administrator - Kim Jennings
Kim's career includes seven years in estate agency, she joined the company in 2007. Her main responsibility is to coordinate the entire set-up and launch process for every new office. Kim also provides telephone support to franchise offices.


Lauren O'Neill
Assistant Auditor - Lauren O'Neill
Lauren is a key part of the auditing team assisting Linda with the huge task of auditing each and every office across the network. When she is not auditing Lauren is assisting with administrative tasks.


Linda Downer
Franchise Auditor - Linda Downer
Having joined Northwood in 2003, Linda is our Franchise Auditor and coordinates the auditing process of every office which includes a financial, legal and systems audit of each office.


Melissa Williams
Marketing Manager - Melissa Williams
Melissa joins the Northwood team with extensive experience in consumer, customer and trade marketing. Most recently she worked for the UK division of leading global distillers William Grant & Sons where she was responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of key brand-building initiatives. Her ambition as marketing manager is to make the Northwood name universally recognised and respected.


Sally Winkley
Franchise Support - Sally Winkley
Sally previously worked in a Northwood office so her experience is invaluable when supporting franchise businesses. Sally holds a BTEC Diploma in Residential Lettings and Property Management.
